Privacy Policy for SecureVision.com
Effective Date: Juary 1 2026
SecureVision respects personal privacy and is designed to minimize data handling. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled on securevision.com and across related communications channels, including web forms, email, SMS, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, to the extent those channels are used.
Core Privacy Commitment
SecureVision’s default position is simple: personal data is not sold, personal data is not used for advertising or profiling, and personal data is not retained except to the limited extent strictly necessary to provide a requested communication or service.
Where a feature can be provided without collecting or storing personal data, SecureVision intends to operate that feature without collecting or storing personal data.
Information Collection and Retention
SecureVision does not intentionally collect or maintain personal information through securevision.com for analytics, marketing, account creation, profiling, or resale.
If a visitor sends a message, submits a form, sends an email, sends an SMS, or contacts SecureVision through a third-party messaging platform such as WhatsApp or a similar service, any information contained in that communication is used only to receive, route, and respond to the communication and is not retained by SecureVision longer than necessary for that purpose.
SecureVision does not maintain customer marketing lists, behavioral profiles, or long-term usage histories.
To the extent transient technical data is processed to deliver a page, message, or network connection, that data is processed only for the duration needed to complete the session, transmission, security check, or requested response and is not stored beyond that limited operational window unless legally required.
No Sale, Sharing, or Targeted Advertising
SecureVision does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or similar targeted advertising purposes.
Because SecureVision’s goal is not to collect personal information in the first place, there is no practice of renting, brokering, monetizing, or commercially disclosing personal information to data brokers, advertisers, or analytics providers.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
SecureVision does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics cookies, social plug-in tracking cookies, or similar tracking technologies that require consent for marketing, analytics, or profiling purposes.
If securevision.com uses any cookies or similar technologies at all, they are intended to be limited to cookies that are strictly necessary to transmit communications or provide a service specifically requested by the user, such as essential session, load-balancing, or security functionality.
Where consent is legally required for any non-essential cookie or similar technology, that technology will not be used unless and until the required consent is obtained.
Jurisdiction Notes
United States and Canada
For residents of U.S. states and Canadian jurisdictions with privacy laws, SecureVision’s position is that it does not sell personal information, does not use personal information for targeted advertising, and does not retain personal information beyond what is strictly necessary to provide a requested communication or service.
If a particular law grants rights to know, access, correct, delete, or limit the use of personal information, SecureVision will honor applicable rights requests to the extent the law applies and to the extent SecureVision possesses any personal information to act upon.
European Union and EEA
For individuals in the European Union and European Economic Area, SecureVision aims to follow the principles of data minimization and storage limitation, meaning personal data should be collected only when necessary and retained no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was processed.
Where SecureVision does not collect or retain personal data, many GDPR-style access, portability, correction, objection, restriction, and erasure requests may be limited by the fact that no retained personal dataset exists. However, any applicable rights request may still be submitted and will be evaluated under applicable law.
If SecureVision ever uses cookies or similar technologies in a way that requires consent under the GDPR, ePrivacy rules, or local member-state implementations, SecureVision will provide appropriate notice and obtain any required consent before using those technologies.
Third-Party Platforms and Communications Services
If a person chooses to contact SecureVision through a third-party platform or carrier, such as email providers, SMS networks, WhatsApp, or similar messaging services, that third party may independently process or retain data under its own privacy terms. This Privacy Policy applies to SecureVision’s handling of information, not to the privacy practices of third-party platforms, telecom carriers, device manufacturers, browsers, hosting providers, or app operators.
Users should review the privacy terms of the communication service they choose to use, because those providers may log metadata, message routing information, identifiers, or delivery records independently of SecureVision.
Security
Even though SecureVision seeks not to retain personal data, reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures are used to protect any limited information that may pass through systems transiently in connection with a requested communication or service.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The current version will be posted at securevision.com with an updated Effective Date.
